Minster Surgery is proud to be part of a Primary Care Network (PCN), consisting of six surgeries across Thanet working together to meet the needs of our patient populations. Since December, we have been providing a room to host clinics for our PCN, catering to patients with same day issues. This has included patients from Minster Surgery and other surgeries within our PCN, who have attended these clinics.

It has come to our attention that some of our patients feel that these patients are being seen instead of them. This is NOT correct. We have brought in GPs from external agencies to cater to the entire PCN, ensuring no disruption to our services at Minster Surgery. Under this program we would have provided 3026 extra appointments by the end of April across our PCN. This has been a great help but will unfortunately come to an end soon.

Please be aware that we run a ZERO tolerance policy in practice towards any form of abuse directed at our staff whether it be verbal, digital, or physical. Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
