It allows patients to submit requests for medical appointments, prescriptions and general queries, which can then be triaged and appropriately allocated by one of our GPs.

Please note that our phone lines will still be open and normal between 8.00am to 6.30pm however if the patient is not able to comeplete the Anima forms themselves the receptionist will have to complete the form on their behalf. This means it will take longer to get to your call so please be patient with us while we all get used to this new change.
