ADHD Referrals

From 1 April 2025, all referrals for adult ADHD assessments, diagnosis, prescribing and titration (the process that introduces your body to medication safely and establishes an effective dosage), as well as autism assessments, fall under Right to Choose (RTC), in line with new procurement legislation.

You may find it useful to refer to ADHD UK's Right to Choose information, where you can view/choose an available provider that you can be referred to. Please be aware when choosing your provider, if shared care is not available the GP will not be able to consider continuing any medication that may be started. 

If you have already submitted paperwork and have not yet been referred, we will be in contact in due course regarding where you would like to be referred, you do not need to contact the surgery.
