Welcome To The Practice

We aim to provide you with an efficient and effective service and hope you will find this website useful.

This is a Group Practice with three full-time partners and two who work part-time.

Minster Surgery is a training practice which means that from time to time we are joined by medical students and GP Registrars. These are doctors who have previously had experience only in a hospital environment. This is to enable them to gain insight into General Practice and hopefully aid recruitment.

There is a Patient Liaison Group attached to the practice.

Important Notice to Patients

Please be aware NHS England are collecting confidential information about you to improve their service. Click here for more information and how to object to your data being used.

We here for you, for longer. Extra appointments are now available in your area during the evening and at the weekend. To book an appointment contact your GP practice.

The Practice also provides additional appointments as part of the extended access scheme. Appointments are available on a Monday evening between 6.30pm and 8.00pm.

We may also be able to offer you appointments at other Practices during the week or offer a GP appointment at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital on a Saturday or Sunday. These appointments may not be with a doctor from this practice but with your consent the Clinician will have access to your electronic medical record.

For more information and to book please speak to a member of our Reception Team.
