We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. This meets national criteria and our manager will be pleased to assist you with any problem should one arise.
If you wish to submit a complaint please can you put this in writing addressed to the Paractice Manager. We will acknowlege your complaint within 3 working days and aim to respond within 30 working days.
